Stop being sad

  Yeah, whoever is reading this, you probably feel unmotivated and sad but here's what it doesn't matter life is not for the weak. Stop thinking that you weren't meant to be born or something silly like you were created for a purpose and stop being sad. Here are some tips to be your better self; 1. Get a therapist Getting someone to listen to your problems can help you in ways you cannot imagine and is very beneficial. 2. Stop blaming someone else for your troubles       It is ridiculous and can just make you not see the problem. 3. Go on a dopamine detox  Delete your social media and try to enjoy the small things in life. 4. Sleep more  Fix your sleep schedule 5. Don't stay in too much darkness  It is proven to make you more depressed and work slower 6. Stop waiting for motivation and go and do something  Always waiting for motivation won't help for long-term goals, even if you don't have motivation do it
